|
|
besok nak pi wembley.. tak sabar bai...
ni lagu god save the queen (macam lagu gereja pun ye)
God save our gracious Queen,1
Long live our noble Queen,
God save the Queen:
Send her victorious,
Happy and glorious,
Long to reign over us:
God save the Queen.
O Lord, our God, arise,
Scatter her enemies,
And make them fall.
Confound their politics,
Frustrate their knavish tricks,
On Thee our hopes we fix,
God save us all.
Thy choicest gifts in store,
On her be pleased to pour;
Long may she reign:
May she defend our laws,
And ever give us cause
To sing with heart and voice
God save the Queen.*
sikit makluman; source wikipedia:
God Save the Queen", or "God Save the King", is an anthem used in a number of Commonwealth realms. It is the national anthem of the United Kingdom, one of the two national anthems of New Zealand and Cayman Islands, and the royal anthem of Australia, Canada, the Isle of Man, Belize, Jamaica, and Tuvalu. In countries not previously part of the British Empire the tune of "God Save the Queen" has also been used as the basis for different patriotic songs, though still generally connected with royal ceremony. The authorship of the song is unknown, and beyond its first verse, which is consistent, it has many historic and extant versions

Keja Man U - First day at Job
|
|
hari ni keja kat man U serabut giler.. dah la silap pakai baju.. pastu keja pulak susah.. kena layan borak mat saleh mabuk.. aduss.. cuma yg best satu, aku keja di muzium mufc, dia tgh set up piala punya almari.. dapat la pegang real trophy barclays and champion league.....teharu...........
satu lagi.. aku dapat jumpa ex-player ni Paddy Crerand (penyokong man u tau kot).. dia duk jadi ambesador man u kat tempat aku kerja (meusiem dinner package). Patrick Timothy ("Paddy") Crerand (born February 19, 1939 in Glasgow) was a footballer of Irish descent who represented his country 16 times.[1] After six years at Celtic F.C. (120 appearances, 5 goals), he signed for Manchester United on 6 February 1963, the fifth anniversary of the Munich air disaster, making his debut against Blackpool. He was a hard tackling midfielder who, while known for his tenacity and tackling ability, was also an accurate passer, creating chances for attacking players such as Bobby Charlton and George Best. It was once said that while United had Best, Law and Charlton, an in-form Paddy was the heartbeat of the team.He helped United to the league championship in 1965 and 1967 and won winners' medals in the 1963 FA Cup and 1968 European Cup finals. He retired in 1972, having appeared in 401 games, scoring 19 goals for United. He was manager of Northampton Town in 1976-77 and covered United matches on local radio in the 1980s and early 1990s.Today, he appears regularly on MUTV, Manchester United's television channel, as a co-commentator on its coverage of all Manchester United first-team matches, as well as appearing as a pundit on the phone-in show Crerand and Bower...In Extra Time until Steve Bower's departure (joining sports broadcaster Setanta Sports) at the end of the 2006/07 season.Crerand is even fondly recognised by younger United fans today since his humorously biased commentary during United matches allows him to maintain his cult status amongst all connected to United at Old Trafford. In 1995 Crerand supported Eric Cantona during the time of his infamous kung-fu kick on Crystal Palace fan Matthew Simmons. Both before and after this incident, Crerand became known for being a 'cheerleader' for the Old Trafford club in media interviews. Crerand's autobiography, Never Turn The Other Cheek, written with Andy Mitten, was published in September 2007 by Harper Collins.
orang tua ni la.. yang aku jumpa kat Man U.. member aku kata dia player masa menang 1968. nama dia paddy..(diorang panggil)

The club was formed as Newton Heath L&YR F.C. in 1878 as the works team of the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway depot at Newton Heath. The club's shirts were green and gold halves. They played on a small, dilapidated field on North Road, near the future site of the Manchester Piccadilly railway station for fifteen years, before moving to Bank Street in the nearby town of Clayton in 1893. The club had entered The Football League the previous year and began to sever its links with the rail depot, becoming an independent company, appointing a club secretary and dropping the "L&YR" from their name to become simply Newton Heath F.C..

An Evening in Salford
|
|
Salford lies at the heart of the City of Salford, a metropolitan borough of Greater Manchester, in North West England. Salford is located by a meander of the River Irwell, which forms its boundary with the city of Manchester to the east. Together with neighbouring towns to the west, Salford forms the local government district of the City of Salford, which is administered from neighbouring Swinton. The borough of Salford was granted city status in 1926, and today has a total resident population of 72,750 and an area of 8.1 square miles (21.0 km²). The wider City of Salford district has a population of 218,000. For decades Salford's economy was heavily dependent on manufacturing industry, especially textiles and engineering. Since World War II however, Salford has experienced decades of growing unemployment as these sectors diminished and new sectors chose to locate in out of town locations with better transport links. Notable sportsmen from Salford include former England national football team and current Manchester United F.C. midfielder Paul Scholes. Karl Marx, philosopher, political economist, and revolutionary, was a short term resident of Salford in the 1840sSalford is the home of the world's first free public library, and was the birthplace of the modern vegetarian movement. It also has the first street in the world to be lit by gas, Chapel Street in 1806. The many high-rise blocks that remain are a striking feature of the city. Work was scheduled to begin on the £180 million redevelopment of the Greengate area of Salford in January 2007. The plans include the construction of what will be the two tallest tower blocks in Salford. Plans also include a five-star hotel, a new public square and park, restaurants, cafes and 403 apartments

You'll never walk alone (To all Liverpool supporters around the globe, faisal, afrar, hamizan dan lain2)
When you walk through the storm
Hold your head up high,
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of the storm is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Though your dreams be tossed and blown.
Walk on walk on, with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
Liverpool have only ever had one home ground, Anfield, where they have played since foundation. Anfield was built in 1884 on land adjacent to Stanley Park, and was originally inhabited by Everton. They left the ground in 1892 over a rent dispute, with the owner of Anfield; John Houlding, who decided to form a new club to play at the ground. The capacity of the stadium was 20,000, however only 100 spectators attended Liverpool's first match at Anfield. The song "You'll Never Walk Alone", originally from the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Carousel and famously recorded by Liverpool musicians Gerry & The Pacemakers, is the anthem of the club, and has been sung by the Anfield crowd since the early1960s.The song has since gained popularity among fans of other clubs around the world.

Albert Dock-Mersey River

Ferry cross River Mersey
Life goes on day after day
Hearts torn in every way
So ferry 'cross the Mersey
'cause this land's the place I love
and here I'll stay
People they rush everywhere
Each with their own secret care
So ferry 'cross the Mersey
and always take me there
The place I love
People around every corner
They seem to smile and say
We don't care what your name is boy
We'll never turn you away
So I'll continue to say
Here I always will stay
So ferry 'cross the Mersey
'cause this land's the place I love
and here I'll stay
and here I'll stay
Here I'll stay
The River Mersey is a river in north west England. It is 70 miles (113 km) long, stretching from Stockport, Greater Manchester, and ending at Liverpool Bay, Merseyside. For centuries, it formed part of the ancient county divide between Lancashire and Cheshire.
The Albert Dock in Liverpool, England, was opened in 1846 by its namesake, Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. Based on plans submitted in 1839 by the civil engineers Jesse Hartley and Philip Hardwick, for a combined dock and warehouse system, shipping entered the dock from either Canning Half Tide Dock to the North or Salthouse Dock to the east.

Journey to scouser's land okeeezzzzzzz
Scouse (pronounced /ˈskaʊs/) is the accent and dialect of English found in the city of Liverpool, and in some adjoining urban areas of Merseyside, mainly The Wirral but also in the new town areas of Runcorn and Skelmersdale. The Scouse accent is highly distinctive and sounds wholly different from the accents used in the neighbouring regions of Cheshire and rural Lancashire. Inhabitants of Liverpool are called Liverpudlians, but are more often described by the colloquialism Scousers. The word Scouse was originally a variation of "lobscouse" the name of a traditional dish of Scouse made with lamb stew mixed with hardtack eaten by sailors. Alternative recipes have included beef and thickened with the gelatin sauce found in cowheel or pig trotter in addition to various root vegetables. The word "lobscouse" may be of Norwegian origin ("lapskaus" in Norwegian), which is possible, considering the Viking background of the area, illustrated by the number of Merseyside place-names ending in "-by" (city in Scandinavian)(Formby, Crosby, Kirkby, Greasby, Pensby, Roby). Various spellings can still be traced, including "lobscows" from Wales, and some families refer to this stew as "lobby" rather than scouse, as in the Potteries (Stoke-on-Trent), where a 'bowl of lobby' is a welcome meal on a cold winter's night. The vowel [i:] is pronounced [əi:], for example "Steve" and "need" would become sort of "Staeeve" and "Naeed". some words, for example but and what, the final /t/ may be replaced by [h] or a flap [ɾ], which may be heard as an /r/. pronunciation of the letter 'h' as 'haitch' and the plural of 'you' as 'youse'.words 'book', 'cook', 'look' and 'took', as in the words 'boo', 'coo', 'loo' and 'too', and then adding the 'k' sound at the end
